“The hotel positions itself as a modern retreat near Patong Beach, with Indian and Italian dining options, but some reports suggest this 4-star property needs to improve service standards. The outdoor pool and recreational activities like kayaking are a plus; however, family travelers may find the experience inconsistent. More attention to guest relations could certainly elevate the stay.”
